Angelique Kidjo

An illustration in honour of Beninese Grammy Award winning, singer-song writer and activist, Angelique Kidjo. I remember seeing her iconic music video for “Agolo” when I was only 7 years old. The vivid use of colour, patterns and symmetry combined with her message about Love for Africa, its People and Traditions, are at the core of my foundation as an artist and an African. Much love & respect for Angélique and what she stands for.
